This is another very simple and fast card, using a tad of paper piecing, a punch, and a "store boughten" embellishment.
Do you know the diff between a trademark and a rut? Neither do I. They are both repetitive and visually linked to the person responsible except it sounds better to have a trademark than to be in a rut. My trademark seems to be one or both of the following: ribbon (LOOOOoooooove that ribbon!), and buttons (what are they cute as when they're already buttons?). Realizing that what seems like a trademark to me might seem like a rut to others, I resolved to give everyone a break by not using ribbon or buttons on today's card.
But, gasp, I love to have something kind of special, don't you, on a card? Finally I realised that since Halloween cards are often weird anyway, I decided to use "jewels" for eyes on the little trick-or-treater. I think it was effective.
You'll have to take my word for it, though, because glittery jewels don't show up well on a monitor.
By the way, the ghost stamp is from october pumpkin and yes, it does have eyes. You do not have to add your own. I just wanted to this time!
Cute, cute, cute!! Even without buttons or ribbon! And the jeweled eyes are adoreable!
